IIMC Entrance 2023 Application Form has been extended till 31st May 2023 for Language Journalism courses. CUET Exam Dates has been announced. IIMC is known as the Indian Institute of Mass Communication organizes a university level entrance exam. The examination will be organized for selecting the candidates for training, education and research in the field of mass communication at the IIMC and its affiliated campuses.

IIMC conducted its own university level entrance exam for providing admissions into all PG diploma courses. From the year 2022, IIMC admissions into various PG Diploma courses are being provided through scores of CUET (PG). Below in this article, we have provided all the details of IIMC  2023 latest updates including Application Form, Fees, Eligibility Criteria, Exam Dates, and How to apply.

IIMC 2023 Application Process:

Below we have provided the Application Procedure for IIMC 2023:

• The Application Form will be released through both online as well as offline mode for PG diploma courses.
• The Application Form for IIMC 2023 will be released by 3rd week of May 2023.
• Applicants can submit PG diploma in Journalism language through offline mode.
• The application form for PG diploma in Journalism language will be released by 2nd week of June till 2nd week of July 2023. Applicants can submit application form for either Odia, Marathi, Malayalam Or Urdu Journalism (for one course/ language).
• Applicants should fill the application form as per the instructions given in it.
• The details filled by applicants in the application form must be same as it appears in their 10^th mark sheet, any alteration or edition in the details can cause rejection of application form.
• The Application Form can be submitted till the 3rd week of June 2023.
• Applicants should submit their application form before the due date as no candidates are allowed to submit their application form after due date.
• Applicants are suggested to keep the copy of filled application form and fee receipt for future usage.

Steps to Apply for IIMC 2023 Application Form/How to fill form?

Below we have provided the details regarding how to fill the IIMC Application form 2023:

• Go through the official website of IIMC 2023 or go for the “Direct Link” provided above in this article.
• Now click on “Online Registration -IIMC Admission 2023” and then click on “Fresh Candidates (Click here) to create Log In”.
• Fill required details like Email Id, Phone Number, Name, Date of Birth and select the program candidates apply for and submit them.
• Now login with Email Id and Date of Birth and a new page of IIMC Application Form will open.
• After login, fill the IIMC Application form with required details and click on “save” button.
• IIMC 2023 Application Form will contains information like Name, Fathers Name, Address, Academic details, examination Centre, Contact Information etc..
• Now upload photograph and signature in IIMC application Form.
• Photograph should be passport size photograph with plane background and should be within size and format provided in the information brochure.
• Signature should be candidate running hand signature and should be scanned within size and format provided in the information brochure.
• Now go for the payment Mode and then fill the required details accordingly.
• Once payment has been successfully paid take the copy of filled Application From and Fee receipt as proof for further usage.
• Applicants don’t need to send hardcopy of Application Form to the authority.

IIMC 2023 Application Form Fee:

IIMC 2023 Application fee can be submitted through online mode only.
Candidates can pay through Credit Card /Debit Card (except Master/Visa Card) / Net Banking/UPI payment gateways for transaction of application form fee.
The Application fee will be non-refundable at any circumstances.

IIMC 2023 Application Form Correction?

The correction facility for the IIMC 2023 Application Form will be commenced right after few days from the completion of registration process. Candidates will rectify their mistakes by login into their application form through online mode.

Candidates can make changes in contact details, personal details, exam cities, qualifications and documents. Once the changes are made they must review the form before final submission as IIMC form correction is a one-time activity.

How to Edit IIMC 2023 Application Form?

• Enter IIMC application number, password and security pin displayed on screen
• Click on application form correction option
• Click on ‘I agree’ box
• You will be redirected to application status
• Select section which you wish to edit
• Make the changes and review them
• Make final submission

Important Instructions for IIMC Application Form Correction?

• IIMC form correction will be a one-time activity. After that, modification in any details will not be allowed under any circumstances.
• Correction will be allowed only for those candidates who completed the form filling process earlier and paid the fees.
• For form correction, click on the appropriate links provided under ‘Application Form Steps’.
• Changes will be displayed on the Confirmation Page after final application form submission.
• Candidate must take a copy of the revised confirmation page showing the changes made for further usage.

IIMC 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

Through PG diploma in Journalism language:

• Nationality: Indian National citizen are eligible to apply.
• Education Qualification: Applicants should be the bachelor’s degree holder in any stream from a recognised institute.
• Age limit: General category applicants must be born on or after 1st August 1997.
• Maximum age limit: Candidates must not be more than 25 years as on 1st August 2022.
• For SC/ ST/differently abled: Applicants must be born on or after 1st August 1992 (maximum 30 years as on 1st August 2022).
• For OBC candidates: Applicants must be born on or after 1st August 1994 (Maximum 28 years as on 1st August 2022)

Through CUET PG:

• Nationality: Applying candidates must be the citizen of India.
• Education Qualification: Applicants should be the bachelor’s degree holder in any stream from a known institute.
• Marks Scored : Applying candidates must have scored minimum 50% marks in their graduation to be eligible.
• Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for CUET PG examination.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in their final year of graduation in 2023 can also apply.
