JK SET 2024 is a state-level exam to be organized by the University of Kashmir. The candidates willing to work as an assistant professor within the various colleges and universities within the state of Jammu and Kashmir can apply for the exam.

The University of Jammu (Nodal Agency) will conduct SET in 38 subjects. Eligible candidates can register themselves on-line so as to apply for the exam. • Applicants have to fill and submit the online application form till the due date of application form.
• Applicants have to mention their category in the application form along with providing other details.
• Applicants have to upload their passport size scanned photograph, signature and relevant community certificate in the prescribed format.
• No need to send the printout of confirmation page to the exam conducting authority.
• Applicants must keep the copy with them for further usage.

Important Instructions for JK SET Application Form Correction?

JK SET 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should have completed their UG exam from some recognized university.
• Those who have completed their Ph.D. will be given a relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks (i.e. from 55% to 50%) in masters for appearing in JKSET.
• Applicants may also get the relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks in masters for appearing in JKSET.
• Candidates should have appeared for the subject of their post-graduation only.
• The Applicants belonging to the general category must have attained at least 55% marks and reserved category applicants must have attained at least 50% marks in their last qualifying exams.
• Candidates appearing or have appeared for the Master’s degree examination may also apply for the exam.
