Patna University 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

For PG:

Courses	Eligibility Criteria
Master of Science	Candidates should be a graduate in Bachelor degree (B.Sc.) with Hons in the subject concerned or as a subsidiary subject or as a subject in pass course or in an allied subject
Master of Arts	Applicants must be qualified for Bachelor’s degree (BA) with 45% in respective Hons subject / Major subj / Core Course or Bachelor degree with 55 % marks in subsidiary/pass course / allied subjects.
Master of Commerce	The candidates should be qualified for a Bachelor’s degree (B.Com.) with Hons in the subject concerned or as a subsidiary subject or as a subject in Pass Course of in or in allied subjects – B.B.A, Economics, Statistics, and Mathematics. Preference will be given to those having passed with the subject as Hons Subj/Major sub/Core Course.
Master of Education	Applicants Must have obtained at least 50 % marks or an equivalent grade in the following programs (i) B.Ed, (ii) B.A.B.Ed, B.Sc.B.Ed, (iii) B.El.Ed. (iv) D.El.Ed. With an undergraduate degree(with 50 % marks in each)
Master of Law	They must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law or such academic qualification equivalent thereto with at least 45% marks in the bachelor of law examination.

For UG:

B.Com. (Hons.)	Must have passed the Intermediate examination in commerce with not less than 45% marks in the commerce subject/ group of subjects; OrPassed the Intermediate examinations in Arts or Science and must also be eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) course if he/she has obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks
