NDA (1) 2025 Application Form will be released on 11th December 2024. NDA is known as the National Defense Academy  is a national level entrance exam conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission). This exam is conducted twice in a year through which various applicants become eligible for selection into training academies of Indian Navy, Indian Military and Air Force.

Applicants have to qualify the entrance exam followed by SSB interview rounds & medical tests in order to be eligible for entry into NDA. The exam can be held by 2nd week of April 2025 for 1st session & on 1st week of September 2025 for 2nd session. NDA 2025 Application Process:

Below we have provided the Application Procedure for NDA 2025:

• The application form will be released on 20th December 2021 for 1st session and 3rd week of May 2025 for 2nd session.
• Applicants can apply for both the sessions through online mode.
• The official board will also provide the facility for withdraw of application within a certain period of time from 3rd to 4th week of January 2025 for 1st session and 2nd to 3rd week of June 2025 for 2nd session.
• Applicants are suggested to fill the application properly and carefully as no modification in the application will be allowed after submission of form.
• The last date to submit the application form will be till 2nd week of January 2025 for 1st session and 1st week of June 2025 for 2nd session.
• There are two parts in registration process – Part I & Part II.
• In Part I, applicants have to fill basic & other details in registration form.
• In Part II, applicants have to upload their scanned photograph and signature, make choice of test centre and to create payment of application fee.
• After completion of application process, applicants are suggested to take the printout application form and keep it safely for any further usage.

Steps to Apply for NDA 2025 Application Form/How to fill form?

Below we have provided the details regarding how to fill the NDA Application form 2025:

• Go through the official website of UPSC 2025 or go for the “Direct Link” provided above in this article.
• Now click on “Online Registration -NDA Admission 2025” and then click on “Fresh Candidates (Click here) to create Log In”.
• Fill required details like Email Id, Phone Number, Name, Date of Birth and select the program candidates apply for and submit them.
• Now login with Email Id and Date of Birth and a new page of NDA Application Form will open.
• After login, fill the NDA Application form with required details and click on “save” button.
• NDA 2025 Application Form will contains information like Name, Fathers Name, Address, Academic details, examination Centre, Contact Information etc..
• Now upload photograph and signature in NDA application Form.
• Photograph should be passport size photograph with plane background and should be within size and format provided in the information brochure.
• Signature should be candidate running hand signature and should be scanned within size and format provided in the information brochure.
• Now go for the payment Mode and then fill the required details accordingly.
• Once payment has been successfully paid take the copy of filled Application From and Fee receipt as proof for further usage.
• Applicants don’t need to send hardcopy of Application Form to the authority.

NDA 2025 Application Form Fee:

NDA 2025 Application fee can be submitted through online mode only.
Candidates can pay through Credit Card /Debit Card (except Master/Visa Card) / Net Banking/UPI payment gateways for transaction of application form fee.
The Application fee will be non-refundable at any circumstances.

NDA 2025 Application Form Correction?

We regret to inform you that you cannot edit or correct the details if you have made the final submission of the NDA online application. There is no correction facility for NDA application so candidates cannot correct the details. However, you can apply once again with new email ID and phone number.

How to Edit NDA 2025 Application Form?

Give below is the process to make changes in the NDA 2025 application form for final submission. No changes will be allowed afterwards.

• Go to the official website or go for the direct link provided above in this article.
• Click on NDA registration
• Enter NDA application number, password and security pin displayed on screen
• Click on application form correction option
• Click on ‘I agree’ box
• You will be redirected to application status
• Select section which you wish to edit
• Make the changes and review them
• Make final submission

Important Instructions for NDA Application Form Correction?

• NDA form correction will be a one-time activity. After that, modification in any details will not be allowed under any circumstances.
• Correction will be allowed only for those candidates who completed the form filling process earlier and paid the fees.
• For form correction, click on the appropriate links provided under ‘Application Form Steps’.
• Changes will be displayed on the Confirmation Page after final application form submission.
• Candidate must take a copy of the revised confirmation page showing the changes made for further usage.

NDA 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality:

• Candidates applying should be Indian citizen/ subject of Nepal with the intention to settle permanently in India.
• Applicants those who have migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and east African countries of Zambia, Tanzania, Zaire, Ethiopia, Malawi, Uganda or Vietnam with an intention of settlement in India are also eligible.
• Applicants who are foreign nationals (except Gorkhas) will be required to provide the certificate of eligibility which is issued by Govt. of India.

Gender, Age & Marital Status:

• Male & female both applicants are eligible to apply for NDA exam.
• Applicants will not be allowed to marry until they complete their training period.
• Candidates applying age should be between 16.5 to 19.5 years. For NDA I, the applicants must be born between 2^nd July 2004 to 1^st July 2007. For NDA II, the applicants must be born between 2^nd January 2005 to 1^st January 2008.

Education Qualification:

• For Air Force & Naval Wings (Cadet entry scheme): Applicants should have passed 10th and 12th level with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
• For Army Wing: Applicants should have passed 10^th and 12^th level from a known board or university.
• Appearing: Appearing candidates for 12^th level are also eligible to apply.

Fitness:

• Candidates applying must be physically fit as per the physical standards set by the commission of NDA admissions.
• Applicants who have withdrawn or resigned from any training academies of Armed forces on disciplinary grounds are not eligible.
