AIIMS SR/SD 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

The applying candidates must have to check their eligibility criteria before filling the application form and the eligibility criteria details have provided below.

For Medical Candidates (Senior Residents)

Those candidates will be qualified for postgraduate medical degrees viz. MD/MS/MDS/DNB in the concerned discipline from a recognized University/Institute/or equivalent qualification; they will be able to apply in this examination.

For Non-Medical Candidates (Senior Demonstrators)

Candidates should have M.Sc./M. Biotech. Degree in the subject concerned and Ph.D. in the subject concerned/allied subject from a recognized University/Institute for subjects of Anatomy, Biophysics, & Biochemistry (Both medical, as well as non-medical candidates, can apply).

For the posts of Senior Demonstrators in Medical Physics 

Those applicants will be qualified in M.Sc. in Medical Physics with one-year experience OR its equivalent recognized qualification OR M.Sc. in Physics with Diploma in Radiological Physics, they will be eligible to apply
