Tamilnadu Teacher Recruitment Board declares that the examination will be in two parts. Paper- I will be held for the post of primary teacher and Paper- II for the post of the upper primary teacher. TN TET 2024 Application Process:

• The applicants who want to apply for the entrance exam will first have to go through the official website and check the important instructions and other details regarding the eligibility test. The applicants will have to read all the instructions carefully.
• After that, the applicants can find the TN TET 2024 Application Form on the official website of the (TRB) Teachers Recruitment Board.
• The conducting authorities of the TRB will release the TN TET 2024 Application Form for the applicants willing to apply for the eligibility test.
• Such applicants will have to first visit the official website and register themselves.

Steps to Apply for TN TET 2024 Application Form/How to fill form?

• Now click on “Online Registration -TN TET Admission 2024” and then click on “Fresh Candidates (Click here) to create Log In”.
• Fill required details like Email Id, Phone Number, Name, Date of Birth and select the program candidates apply for and submit them.
• Now login with Email Id and Date of Birth and a new page of TN TET Application Form will open.
• After login, fill the TN TET Application form with required details and click on “save” button.
• TN TET 2024 Application Form will contains information like Name, Fathers Name, Address, Academic details, examination Centre, Contact Information etc..
• Now upload photograph and signature in TN TET application Form.
• Photograph should be passport size photograph with plane background and should be within size and format provided in the information brochure.
• Signature should be candidate running hand signature and should be scanned within size and format provided in the information brochure.
• Now go for the payment Mode and then fill the required details accordingly.
• Once payment has been successfully paid take the copy of filled Application From and Fee receipt as proof for further usage.

TN TET 2024 Application fee can be submitted through online mode only.
Candidates can pay through Credit Card /Debit Card (except Master/Visa Card) / Net Banking/UPI payment gateways for transaction of application form fee.
The Application fee will be non-refundable at any circumstances.

Important Instructions for TN TET Application Form Correction?

• TN TET form correction will be a one-time activity. After that, modification in any details will not be allowed under any circumstances.
• Correction will be allowed only for those candidates who completed the form filling process earlier and paid the fees.
• For form correction, click on the appropriate links provided under ‘Application Form Steps’.
• Changes will be displayed on the Confirmation Page after final application form submission.
• Candidate must take a copy of the revised confirmation page showing the changes made for further usage.

TN TET 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

TNTET Age Criteria 2024:

There is no such upper aged determined by the exam authority.

TNTET Education Qualification Criteria:

For appearing in Paper I:

• Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary with a minimum of 50% marks and have passed
  or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in education.
  Or
• Must have passed Higher Secondary with not but 45% marks and have passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in education in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
  Or
• Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor in Education (B.El.Ed.). Or Higher Secondary with not but 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
  Or
• Candidates must hold a Graduation degree and have passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in education.
  Or
• Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).

 For appearing in paper II

• Candidates must be Graduates and have passed or appeared in the final year of a two-year Diploma in education.
  Or
• Must hold a Graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.)
  Or
• Graduation with not but 45% marks and have passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), as per NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations.
  Or
• Must have passed Higher Secondary with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor in Education (B.El.Ed.).
  Or
